What A ‘Buggy’ Disaster!

As regular readers will know on Saturday, this Saturday, I am due to take part in the Bliss London Buggy Push to raise money to help babies who are sick or premature.

Yesterday afternoon I had a buggy disaster. I took Esther and William for a walk along the Pilgrims Way and our usually robust all terrain Easy Walker Duo lost a wheel! I retraced my steps and managed to find the wheel and reattach it only to lose it gain further along my route. This time though I was able to recover the wheel, the nuts and washers to secure it to the chassis were lost! Oh no!

I am now housebound as I cannot drive so cannot get out and about with the twins but more importantly I am buggyless for the Bliss Charity Buggy Push on Saturday.

Readers will know that this event and charity mean such a lot to me because of Esther and William’s early entry to the world at just 27 weeks. I have been in touch with @EasywalkerNL who has been quite helpful and referred my case to their UK distibutor, Bibs and Stuff, and I am waiting for them to get in touch in the hope that they might have the parts that we need to get our buggy on the road again in time for the push.

The Easywalker Duo has been my steadfast companion now for almost a year. It has safely transported my miracle babies through fields, cross country, on morning jogs and afternoon strolls I am lost without it and hope that it will be mended very soon.

In the meantime I may need to find an alternative for the Bliss Buggy Push on Saturday?!?

I will complete the push of that I am certain so if you would like to sponsor me or donate to Bliss you can do so here.

Thank you x

    • Oh you have one too! I have never met anyone with the same buggy. We love it too. It is great for offroading which we do a lot and for jogging. It is heavy though x
