Melba Maternity Lounge Wear Review

I am now almost 36 weeks pregnant. My bump is blossoming!

Melba Blossom!

I am struggling every day with finding comfortable clothes.

The past week or so I have, quite literally, been living in a beautiful camisole and a pair of roll top trousers from Melba Maternity.

Blossoming with Melba Maternity

This lounge wear is luxurious. It seems to caress my skin as I put it on and yet once I am wearing it I am as comfortable as if I am naked.

I have worn this clothing combination for sleeping in, lounging around the house and with a cardigan and flats for going out with friends.

The Melba camisole and roll top trousers are without doubt the comfiest clothes I have ever worn!

Sexy Melba Mama

For the first time in a long time I also felt sexy in these clothes. They complemented my expanding shape and with the little bits of lace edging on the camisole they made me feel really feminine too. The wide lacy straps cover up bra straps discretely but prettily. Every detail has been thought of to make a pregnant lady feel as glamourous as she can.

Looking lovely in a little bit o' lace!

The side of the vest is ruched around the abdomen so this top truly will grow with you throughout your pregnancy. I am going to be wearing this camisole everyday I think until the end of mine.

Ruching!

I was sent one black camisole for the purposes of this review and I have now bought two more in black and one in navy. This is the outfit that I am going to wear to the hospital when I go to have my baby. The camisole is also available in buttermilk, orange and red. The red camisole comes with matching briefs that are simple stunning for a special occasion or if you want to feel like a really sexy mama!

The roll top trousers come only in black. They are very soft and swishy yet the over the bump material also feels supportive to me. Baby is feeling heavier everyday now but I do feel that these trousers give me some support in that area. They fit beautifully and closely over my bottom and hips without leaving lines on my skin.

I was scared to wash these clothes incase I lost that lovely luxurious softness but I have now washed them and they have come back good as new. I love them!

I know that they will see me through the rest of this pregnancy and through the first days at home with Baby too. They are so comfortable and easy to wear yet they make me feel like a lady. They are elegant.

The camisole and roll top trousers are available to buy from Melba London online. The vest tops cost £25 and the trousers £35.
