I am not a great one for dressing up
For fashion and style
But I love dressing up a bump
I have been very lucky these past few weeks
To have been sent some beautiful maternity clothes to try
To try and share my thoughts with you
The first of the dresses I have worn

I am looking forward to being able to wear this dress
With bare legs and flip flops leading up to Rainbow Baby’s birth
And in her earliest summer days
The feeding access is incredibly easy and discreet
With vertical zips allowing access on each side
The dress is lovely and light
I felt very comfortable in it
I have some gorgeous mustard Jaleps from Livie and Luca
To wear with this dress as the weather gets warmer
Last weekend I wore it with a Bibee Tshirt beneath it
And maternity jeggings and boots
This dress is easy to wear
It can effortlessly be dressed up or down
Worn day to night
I love the tie at the waist that allows you to define your bump
I like to show off my rather large 23 week bump!

Admittedly your style is casual, you probably mean glamming up for events (which you can’t tell me you don’t do well!) but I’m always coveting your prints and tops and stuff. You’re a stylish lady!
What lovely dresses I wasn’t very good at dressing up my bumps with the boys, although with Alex I didn’t show properly until about 6 months!

I loved having a bump too! Even though it resembled a beach ball hidden under my jumper, I just felt privileged to have one.
I got rid of most of my maternity clothes, adamant that we wouldn’t be doing it again. However I just found out I am pregnant – total shock! Im supposed to be infertile!
I am cautious at the moment. Very early days and nothing is certain. But… looking forward to dressing a bump again 🙂
