SuperLove Merino Review

As the weather begins to turn

And the season changes from winter to spring

We start to think about changing what we wear

Children see the sunshine and immediately want to be outside

Without their winter coat

Esther and William love to be outside in all weathers

I think Bea is going to be the same

And sometimes it is hard to know what to dress them in

Well, I think I have found the answer

SuperLove Merino Base Layers

superlove

The base layer is made up of a long sleeve woollen vest

And Merino wool long johns

Perhaps nowadays called leggings

The top and bottoms actually look great

Esther and William love wearing them around the house

They are a snug fit and soft and warm against the body

Esther looks stunning in hers

Merino Wool is a very special natural fibre

It has temperature regulating properties

Is anti odour and antibacterial

It is super soft and stretchy

It repels water so keeps little ones dry

It is hypo allergenic

You can read more about the special properties of this Super Wool here

We love the base layers for some super simple reasons

The stretchiness of the material means they are easy for Esther and William to get on and off themselves

The wool means that though they still get wet while playing outside

The wetness does not stay close to their skin so they can play longer without getting cold

The snug fit of the base layer means they can be worn under normal clothes

The thumb holes make the sleeves cover much of the hand

This means hands can stay warmer without gloves or mittens

The thin Merino wool hats fit underneath cycling and safety helmets

Adding extra warmth for winter adventures

The SuperLove base layer set is great underneath puddlesuits and waterproofs

I know that we are going to get lots of use out of them during our impending holidays

Farm, forest and beach

All of these adventures will be wrapped in SuperLove

At £55 for a top and bottoms set

The SuperLove Base Layer Set does sound expensive

But it is definitely worth every penny
