Kyna Boutique: A Toddler Clothing Review

More and more I am buying clothes and shoes from lovely little independent companies.

I choose to do this because the products are great but also because the customer service is exceptional.

As a blogger I like a company I can talk to online and even more importantly a company that talks back.

And not just about their products.

But about life and all it entails.

Kyna Boutique is one such online clothing company.

One that we adore!

When Jenny asked me if I would be happy to review some clothes for her I quite literally jumped for joy.

I could not wait to see what she would choose to send us.

Jenny had already sent William a star t-shirt for Tilda’s Goodbye Bubbles which he wears all the time including on Tilda’s birthday.

The unisex star t-shirt is a long sleeve skinny fit t-shirt. The star print is gorgeous and the contrast colour at the neck makes this a top for special occasions.

William always seems comfortable in this top that costs £14 and it is great for layering. Our favourite combinations are with a pink t-shirt over the top or a green one beneath. Either way looks fab and funky for a little girl or boy.

The thing I love about Kyna clothes is that they are all 100% organic so they are soft, they are comfortable and they are perfect for sensitive skin.

Jenny, the owner, also only chooses the most fresh and funky designs. Yet they are proper children’s clothes. They make children look like children. And I love that.

People always ask me on the street and through my blog where I get Esther and William’s clothes so it is nice to be able to share some of our favourite brands and items.

For this review, Jenny sent a t-shirt each for Esther and for William.

For Esther it was all about the sleeves and for William, the print!

William was sent the stunning L’asticot Blue Fish T-Shirt.

This is a fabulous fashion statement for toddlers with the striking blue fish print, the contrasting navy neckline and the slim, stretchy fit. And I have to be honest with you. My son wears this style well.

William is very small for his age but the slim fit of the t-shirt elongates his body and appears to give him some height. It is also long enough to stop him revealing his nappy!! The top fits well and is really flattering. It also washes really well and still looks and feels like new.

Whenever William wears this top at least one person asks where it has come from. A striking top and a handsome boy. An incredibly cute combination.

The other thing that I love about Kyna Boutique, about Jenny, is that she really knows her product and the sizing for the different brands. It is really hard to find clothes that fit Esther and William well because they are so tiny and a little out of proportion but each time I order from Kyna Boutique we discuss shape and size and age and Jenny always gets it right. And actually it would not matter if she were wrong as I could exchange the item for free, as all orders, big or small, come with free postage and packing, delivery and return!

The L’asticot fish t-shirt is expensive at £21 and I could not afford to buy only tops of this calibre but to supplement a wardrobe for special occasions, visits and play dates I think that this is the perfect top. I love the bicycle print too!

For Esther Jenny chose a top that was all about the sleeves!

On the whole I find Esther much easier to buy for than William. But what I struggle with is every day clothes that are just a bit special. When you want something more than a t-shirt but less than a dress. Do you know the kind of thing I mean?

Jenny at Kyna Boutique does I am sure of it, I am certain it is why she stocks this!

This is the Boys & Girls Butterfly Sleeve Stripe Top in Apricot.

Esther calls it her pretty bow sleeve top, I think the sleeves are like angel wings, they are in fact inspired by butterflies.

The sleeves give this top a delicate but funky feel.

The top is long and slim fitting and it looks great with leggings.

The t-shirt is made from 100% organic cotton and is the perfect top for a summers day in the garden or sandpit.

The contrasting colour at the neck makes this a statement top for when you want your little one to be in practical clothes but still look like a little girl.

Esther loves this top and it fits her really well. It costs £14 and can be teamed with cheaper leggings to make an affordable every day outfit for the summer season. A great toddler holiday essential I think.

We have loved testing out these tops from Kyna Boutique and we are busy compiling our wish list for our own summer holidays.

Fabulous fashion from a friendly company with exceptional customer service.

Kyna Boutique.

We were sent one fish t-shirt and one butterfly t-shirt for the purpose of this review.

If you would like some Kyna clothes for your little one then they have two lots in the auction for Matilda Mae including a L’asticot Blue Fish Romper!! Go go, get bidding!!
