I bought Esther and William their first Muddy Puddles suits before they were one

I wish I could remember the first time that they wore them

All I know is that they have worn clothing from this brand ever since

Whatever activity or adventure we choose

Esther and William had all in ones in a few sizes

William’s have been passed on now

Esther’s were passed to Tilda

And some are waiting now for Bea

The twins have now graduated to coats and waterproof trousers

Which makes going to the toilet much easier

They also have hats from Muddy Puddles

And wellies

And Esther has a beautiful flowery mac

I jumped at the chance of reviewing a Muddy Puddles suit for Bea

The suits that Esther, William and Tilda had as babies

Are not sold anymore

So I decided to try the Puddle Flex All in One

The design that we have is slightly different to the one on the website

In that it does not have the white lines against the block colour

Bea’s suit is plain midnight navy with the striking white and navy fleece lining

The suit definitely keeps her dry, warm and snug

In all weathers

Bea wears a size 12 – 18 months that does not have integrated or attachable feet

So Muddy Puddles also sent us some rather fabulous booties

That work perfectly with the suit to keep baby’s tiny toes dry and toasty warm

The booties also stay on which is good

Even when Bea was crawling round the Sherwood Pines forest floor

The boots stayed on!

The Puddle Flex suit is a great all weather outer layer

The material is soft and flexible on the outside

And it is completely waterproof

Can sit in a deep puddle and not get wet waterproof!

The fleece inside is warm but also the materials are breathable

The Muddy Puddles suit does not restrict mobility

Bea crawls about all over the place in hers

The thick but light protective suit means

She can sit, crawl, cruise anywhere

In any kind of weather

And mud really does not need to be avoided

As all Muddy Puddles clothes are machine washable

They wash really well

And dry super quick

This is brilliant if your children love

Getting mucky in mud

As much as mine do!

The thermal booties we were sent for Bea

Are brilliant too

Super easy to get on and keep on

With zips and velcro fasteners

They are not intended for walking but

But great for crawling and keeping feet snug in a buggy or pram

Like the suit they are waterproof and designed to keep your little one warm and dry

We have used Muddy Puddles products for four years now

And have loved every item we have tried

I think the products are great value for money

And can be worn daily and still be handed down in perfect condition
