  1. I LOVE smelly dough,
    I always do cooked;
    2cups plain flour
    1cup salt
    1cup water
    6tblsp cream of tartar
    4tblsp oil (I favour olive or cocoanut) vegetable, baby oil… Any kind
    Food colouring
    THE MAGIG INGREDIENT: food flavouring (1 bottle usually, 2 if a delicate smell like vanilla or almond) for chocolate replace about 3tblsp of flour with cocoa powder

    If yo want it even more sensory add 1/2-3/4 cup of sand, sawdust… Be imaginative.

    To cook; put all liquids in a large pan and warm up,
    Mix all dry ingredients and beat in 1/4 at a time
    When it forms a ball, or you just can’t stir any more tip onto work surface
    Knead when cool enough.
    Play and play then put away for another day

    Keeps either in an air tight box at room temp or wraped in cling film in the fridge
