David and I are making a concerted effort this year to get fit
We are trying to get out into the great outdoors every day
And when we can we take Esther and William with us
Sometimes they are reluctant to leave the warmth of the house
But once out they love it and we all have a lot of fun

Racing our hearts
As well as rambling and roaming with us
Esther and William are starting to get a taste of outside sports at school
On Thursday I dashed out to kit them out
In warm winter sports wear
For a ball skills session on Friday
Esther and William ended up not doing their outside games
So they came home and snuggled in their tracksuits instead
They did the same after school today
Put on their joggers to play
It is funny seeing my tiny twosome in sports wear
They just look so little and so cute
When choosing sports wear for school
I try to choose things that are cheap but good quality
Things that will last their rough and tumble play
And protect them through all weathers

Esther and William do not need trainers yet
Much of their PE is done indoors
And in bare feet
When outside they wear plimsolls
Which I have always bought from Sainsburys
Soon enough the time will come when they will need trainers for sport
I might look to buy them something like these
I hope they will not care about fashions and brands
Not for a few more years
My little preemies are growing up
Ballet is next on the list for Esther
I wonder what sport William will choose?
