Today we arrived at Center Parcs
We have been here before
I was very very very pregnant
With Matilda Mae
Now we are here again
Without her
And yet she is here
She is all around
Little signs everywhere
Pink and purple lights in trees
Stars floating on the water
Glowing
Reflecting on icy ripples
Elveden has been transformed
With lights and stars
Snow and festive friends
Even if I had to go home again right now
I would be so glad that I came
Matilda Mae is everywhere
On Monday our daughter will have been dead for 10 months
And I am glad that on the morning of her anniversary
We will be here
With our friends
