The Baby Tilda Barn Dance

Barn dances are something our friends and family enjoy

David and I had a magical barn dance for our engagement party

And another for our wedding

It was our plan for Matilda Mae’s first birthday

Sadly, of course, we did not get that far

So on Saturday 31st May we will dance in her honour

There will be tears I am sure

But there will also be smiles and laughter

Fine food and super music

And dancing, the dancing!

I cannot wait!

We are still selling tickets

We are also still looking for sponsors for the event

These can be personal donations from people unable to attend the event

Or business and company donations

The reason that we ask for sponsorship

Is to ensure that all our ticket money and raffle ticket money

Can be donated directly to The Lullaby Trust

The barn dance is really important to us as a family

And it is also an important way for us to raise awareness of SIDS

And money for The Lullaby Trust

Sponsorship Packages

Sponsor the Feast £10
For £10 you can sponsor a cake or plate of food. In return for your support your name or company name will be displayed with the food on the buffet table.

Sponsor A Drinks Bucket £20
For £20 you can sponsor a bucket of drinks. In return for your kindness and support your name or company name will be displayed with the bucket filled with soft drinks for families to help themselves to during the event.

Sponsor A Dance £35
For £35 we would love you to sponsor a dance with your personal or company name. As the dance is announced so will you be!
For example “And now the Scottish Reel sponsored by Beebies Baby Store” or “And now the Scottish Reel especially for John Smith’s 5th birthday today!” You will also have your logo or photo (if you wish) displayed on a special board in the entrance hall of the event introducing all our sponsors. There will also be a table for leaflets and catalogues.

We are also offering two general sponsorship packages for £50 and £100

£50 Sponsorship
Donate £50 to The Baby Tilda Barn Dance and in return I will put a small advert on the home page of this blog for 6 months. You can also send leaflets and promotional materials to be displayed at the event.

£100 Sponsorship
If you are able to donate £100 to The Baby Tilda Barn Dance I can offer a small advert on the home page of this blog for 12 months and again would be happy to display leaflets and promotional items at the dance.
